Weston family sues landlord for neglect. This family has been residing in a really nice house in a very prestigious neighborhood in Weston, Florida for more than 9 months. The smallest child, 4 yr old, started getting suffering, coughing a lot while the kid was taken up a medical facility, they found the little one has become slowly intoxicating with mold. His bedroom’s closed has a broken pipe and the parents didn't find early enough.
A worried parent asked the owner to take care of the situation. The owner sent a handyman to deal with the issue, though the handyman only cleaned the walls having a bleach product. The youngster never improved so when the mother and father inspected the closet, identified the mold grew back.
Amazingly, the owner refuses to fix the issue as well as the tenants decided to move out of the exact property, breaking the lease.
